HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders from our store typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

FREE EXCHANGE AND RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you experience any issues with your watch due to a manufacturing defect, we offer free exchanges or returns within the warranty period. Please ensure the following conditions are met:

• The watch must have a manufacturing defect.
• The defect must be reported within the 24-month warranty period.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Please note, this warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
